Erin Garrison PT, DPT

Erin first learned about the physical therapy profession when she attended a career day with a close family friend who worked in the field. Erin was instantly hooked and knew this was the career path that she wanted to pursue. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University in 2007 and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2010.

Since graduation, Erin has worked solely in pediatrics but with varied experiences across multiple settings, including acute care, outpatient, early intervention, and has spent the majority of her time in inpatient neuro- rehab. In each setting, Erin has sought to help each child achieve their highest potential and is passionate about providing both child-centered and family-centered care. She also highly values being transparent, honest, professional, and communicative with each of her families to ensure all are working towards the same goals. After seeing first hand the impact that an Intensive DMI program had on Crew, Erin knew she wanted to learn and grow in this treatment method to help further all of her patient’s ability to achieve even more. Erin has continued to grow in her DMI certifications and has now completed the highest level of training, Intermediate B, one of only a handful of therapists in the United State with this prestigious level of training. Erin is excited to meet and work with you and your child to help them gain and grow in their skills!

Chandler Hall, PT, DPT

Chandler was first introduced to the world of Physical Therapy when her brother experienced an ATV accident at 13 years old. During her brother’s recovery, he had an amazing Physical Therapist who included Chandler in his therapy sessions. Many others in Chandler’s life including her Mom, Dad, and best friend, also received Physical Therapy; and Chandler experienced first hand the close bonds that grew between them and their therapists and how PT impacted their daily function. Chandler received both her Bachelor of Science in 2018, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021 from The University of Kentucky. While pursuing her doctoral degree, she quickly realized she was most passionate about the Neuro-Rehab and Pediatrics settings.

After moving to Nashville in 2022, Chandler found her perfect fit that combined those two passions at CLIMB. After meeting Jessie and Erin and seeing the effect DMI therapy had on patients and their families, Chandler knew she wanted to be a part of the CLIMB family and join their mission in providing high-quality therapy services. Since joining CLIMB Chandler has made a huge impact on each and every child she has worked with. In addition to becoming Intermediate A certified in DMI, Chandler is trained in the TheraSuit Method and the Universal Exercise Unit. Chandler is committed to providing the best possible care for her patients and empowering their family members. Chandler is excited to work with your child and help them CLIMB to their highest potential!

Mary Scheck, MOTR/L

Mary began observations in therapy clinics as early as high school, knowing that she wanted to find a career in the medical field that was focused on helping others improve their quality of life. It was through these observations in pediatric clinics that Mary decided to pursue Occupational Therapy. She received both her Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Occupational Therapy at St. Ambrose University in 2015 and 2016 respectively.

Since earning her degrees, Mary has worked exclusively in the pediatric field in the outpatient setting, exposing her to a multitude of diagnoses and treatment interventions. Mary brings a broad range of experience and training to our team that includes TMR, CIMT, SOS approach to feeding, AAC devices, MNRI and more. Mary began her DMI training in July of 2021 after watching and experiencing the profound impact it has on children.

Mary transplanted to Tennessee in March of 2023 to join the Climb team and has been dedicated to and passionate about each and every one of our patients and their families. Mary loves to learn, to be creative, and to challenge herself in order to help every kid overcome any hurdles that stand in their way!

Kasey Fleenor, PT, DPT

Kasey was introduced to the world of physical therapy after being involved in a sledding accident in college. This led to her changing majors to complete a Kinesiology degree as an undergraduate at the University of Tennessee. She then pursued and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Emory and Henry University in Virginia in 2021.  Her career has been solely focused in pediatrics, working at an outpatient pediatric clinic in the Knoxville area. After witnessing the vast changes that one of her patients underwent after completing a DMI Intensive program here at CLIMB, Kasey immediately began pursuing DMI training on her own. She completed the first two levels before relocating to Spring Hill to officially join the CLIMB family in October 2023.

Since her start here at CLIMB, Kasey continued her DMI training, obtaining her Level C certification through in-person courses with DMI Founders; Jake Kreindler and Jo-Anne Weltman, and continued one-on-one training here at the clinic. She has proven that she is dedicated to each child she treats, helping them reach their highest potential each and every intensive. It’s easy to see the joy she has in working with your children and that she seeks to empower and educate each family she interacts with. Kasey consistently challenges herself to be the very best for your child.

Founder Intensive Pediatric Therapy

Jessie Cline,

Founder

Jessie lives in Middle Tennessee with her husband Brennen and three sons; Rowan, Oliver and Crew. When Crew was born in January 2020 their family’s life was suddenly changed forever. Crew was born with multiple disabilities and every month it seemed like a new diagnosis was added, with each diagnosis doctors seemed to give more bleak outcomes. Like many families who have a child born with a disability, this was uncharted and frightening territory for the Cline family. The one thing they knew for certain was that despite what their doctors said, they knew their boy was happy, smart, full of life, and that he deserved the very best care to help him reach his fullest potential. This was the start of Crew’s Climb. After close to a year of traditional therapies Crew was accepted into an Intensive Therapy program in California where he would work for 3 hours a day for 3 weeks. The amount of progress and strength gained in that 3 weeks was life changing. Jessie knew that receiving DMI/CME during this Intensive program was a game changer for Crew, and that it had to be more accessible, not only to him, but other children and their families in Tennessee and the surrounding areas. Erin’s passion and skill in working with Crew was a clear answer in deciding to make this dream happen. Jessie and Crew are so excited to meet other families during their journey at Climb, we can’t wait to cheer them on, and probably shed a few tears right along with you as we watch the progress your child makes!
